Making Reservations (a la carte)
  • Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • A non-refundable deposit of 100.00 is required to hold time
  • You will receive a confirmation via email within 48 hrs
  • There is a 50.00 fee for bookings made within 48hrs, if the studio is able to accomodate.
Making Reservations (Studio Members)
  • Contact studio staff to make changes to bookings within 48hrs
  • Bookings are in whole hours only
  • There is a 2 hour minimum (per studio) for all bookings
  • Please arrive no more than 10 min early
  • Be prepared to wait in the hallway until your scheduled start time
  • Please wrap, reset, and clear the studio by your scheduled end time
  • Single photographer (no double booking)
  • Maximum occupancy of 5 people at a time
  • There is no one under 21 allowed in the studio
  • Renter is responsable for their guests and their actions
  • There are no pets or animals allowed in the studio without prior approval
Cancellations (a la carte)
  • Deposits and workshop RSVP fees are non-refundable
  • Requests made at least 7 days prior to a booking may be moved to another date
Cancellations (Members)
  • Any bookings canceled or changed less than 5 days in advance will be billed one additional hour at the membership rate
  • Any bookings canceled or changed less than 48 hours in advance will be billed two additional hours at the membership rate
Banned Substances
  • There is no use of paint, smoke, powders, foam, gels or liquids in the studio without prior permission.
